 EDITOR REVIEW: Well-known for its excellent meat and seafood dishes, Gilby's is a great choice for either lunch or dinner. The menu features two-course and à la carte items, and marinated squid is a favorite. The converted 18th-century barn's stone exterior and large, open dining room add to the Old World charm and comfort. The location is convenient to both Cardiff and the Vale. Reservations suggested.
